Guideline for Oral Presentations:
How long is an oral presentation?
Presentation time is 15 minutes for eachpaper, including the introduction, any questions and switching betweenpresentations. It is important that the sessions remain on time. A sessionchair will be assigned to each session to make sure the schedule is maintainedand to coordinate the question-answer portion of your talk. Please follow theinstructions of the session chair during your talk.
What willbe available in the conference room?
Each presentation room isequipped with a laptop computer, a data projector, a microphone, and a lectern. The laptopsare equipped with:

The data projectors support4:3 format. They are equipped with standard VGA cables.
Presenters are advised tocheck if their PowerPoint slides can be displayed properly using PowerPoint2007.
We recommend that you copyyour slides to the provided laptop. Please do so in the break before yoursession. There are volunteers in each meeting room to assist presenters. Theywill help you to copy your slides from a USB stick to the laptop.
If you really want to use your own laptop, do this atyour own risk. If you have to spend time to get it to work during the session,you will lose this time for your presentation.
Whenshould I test my presentation?
Make sure you copy yourslides and run a test during the break preceding your talk or during the halfhour before the first morning/afternoon session begins. You should arriveat your session room 15 minutes before the session starts to meet with yoursession chair.
What elsedo I need to bring?
If you really want to useyour own laptop, please remember to bring your own AC adapter (220V, don'tforget to bring the appropriate adapter). If your laptop is not compatible witha VGA cable, please also bring the required VGA adapter.
Sessionchairs
The program schedule liststhe session chairs for each session and the room information at the venue. Allpresenters should know who their session chair is and introduce themselves tothe session chair before the session starts.
Guidelinefor Poster Presentations:
The maximum dimensions of your poster should be 90 cm(width) x 120 cm (height). In order to fit the poster board, your postershould not exceed the recommended size.
Font: Arial
Font-sizes: 72 pt (main title), 48 pt(subtitles), 32 pt (body text)
The name of each author must be clearly visible.
Poster should be printed and brought to the conference byauthors.
The Organizing Committee will provide all materialsnecessary to affix posters to the wall. Please check the schedule for yourdesignated session. You are expected to be present at your poster during thewhole session.
There are no hard-and-fast rules for the sections in a poster.
